Processing


 The production procedures adopted by CMP ITALIA in the different stages 

of product realization are characterize by:


- careful attention paid to the quality of the materials used

- the use of special machinery and furnaces

- special accuracy in the working out of each single process.


The machines used are all prototypes. The  metal elements are accurately worked in  the customer's own project. 

Calking and braze welding with copper paste are carried out in furnaces equipped with conveyor belts and  burning vestibules, enabling the  retrieval of energy for annealing and brazing.

Work is carried out in conditions  in strict  accordance with the regulations concerning the safety and the health of workers in their workplace (legislative decree 626/94).

 

 
Lavorazione


 Le modalità di lavorazione adottate da CMP ITALIA durante le fasi di
realizzazione di prodotti sono caratterizzate da:

- una elevata attenzione alle qualità dei materiali utilizzati
- l'utilizzo dei macchinari e forni appositi
- una particolare accuratezza nello svolgimento dei singoli processi.
 
I macchinari utilizzati sono tutti prototipi. Infatti, le lavorazioni dei segmenti in metallo avvengono seguendo attentamente il progetto che lo stesso cliente fornisce. La cianfrinatura e la saldobrasatura con pasta di rame vengono realizzate con l'ausilio di forni a nastro trasportatore con precamera di bruciatura e recupero di energia per ricottura e brasatura.
Le condizioni di lavorazione vengono svolte nella completa osservanza delle normative in materia di sicurezza e salute dei lavoratori sul luogo di lavoro (decreto legislativo 626/94).
